The other CIA

Waking up in San Francisco this morning as I make my way up to Napa for the CIA-Greystone’s fantastic sounding conference: Street Food of the World. In addition to the heavy hitter moderators (Ruth Reichl, Rick Bayless, Paula Wolfert, etc) they’ve got a great line up of chefs from Singpore, India, Indonesia, Greece and the like who will be talking about and demonstrating the dishes and flavors that make eating on the streets all over the world an act of cultural authenticity. Will definitely shoot you all an update after the events this afternoon….
