What’s the Wrap?

Every culture wraps something: Mexico folds meat and veg into soft corn tacos, Moroccans swaddle fish and spices in fillo, and turns out Brazilians pile pureed legumes and red palm oil into a banana leaf and steam it. Why the packets? So it can be eaten on the streets, of course. Slow food, fast culture.
